Say\u0131sal d\u00f6nemde, dijital hizmetlere ula\u015f\u0131m zorluklar\u0131, ki\u015filerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen ve rahats\u0131z edici bariyerlerden biridir.
